UIBS signs partnership agreement with GIPA, the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs in Tbilisi, Georgia, and introduces study abroad and dual degree programs

We are pleased to announce that a partnership agreement was recently signed between the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA) in Tbilisi, Georgia, and the United International Business Schools organization (UIBS) in Zurich, Switzerland.

Under the agreement, students from both institutions will have the chance to study abroad and transfer back earned credits into their programs. In addition, several new academic opportunities exist for GIPA students to earn a second Bachelor degree by completing an additional 60 European credits at UIBS, or to earn a second Master degree by completing an additional 30 European credits at UIBS. Students from UIBS will also have the same opportunities to earn a second Bachelor or Master degree at GIPA once its English programs are available in the coming academic years.

Established in 1994 in the capital Tbilisi, GIPA is one of the most prominent private universities in the country. GIPA consists of 4 individual schools, ie. the School of Government, the Caucasus School of Journalism and Media Management, the School of Law and Polities, and the School of Social Sciences, and offers several programs at the Bachelor and Master level.
